ResiTherm stands for electro thermal pre-stressing
Since 1985 we are pre-stressing thermally district heating pipe lines worldwide.
We lead a defined current through the steel pipe which heats up equally the steel of the whole pipe line (i.eg. 1.000 m trench length, DN 1.200).
RESITHERM- pre-heating machines can be connected in parallel in order to find the shortest pre-heating time for each pipe diameter and the best pre-heating method for each construction site situation.
The built-in electronic with self-control guarantees a safe pre-heating process. Special software programs allow a precise forecast of pre-heating time and length elongation.
